Meet Pastor Ralph Bessard

Pastor Ralph Bessard, a passionate leader throughout his life, was born to Christine Johnson-Bessard and Ralph Bessard, Sr. and grew up in the Bay Area. Raised lovingly by his parents, Bessard was taught to have integrity, sensitivity towards others and to never quit. Because of those traits, Pastor Ralph has become a leader within the Christian Community.

Prior to becoming Pastor Ralph, Bessard became well known within Ventura County for his outstanding work developing city projects and youth outreach programs. Recognizing his efforts, the county placed him in charge of discovering creative and effective solutions to finding new employment opportunities for the underprivileged. His dedication helped to make the Conejo Valley’s unemployment rate one of the nations lowest. Originally in Ventura County to attend college, Bessard poured himself into his work, which allowed him to develop his leadership, business and program implementation abilities.

Devotion to helping the community through practical business solutions, lead Bessard to fall in love with another business-minded and generous individual, his wife of more than 10 years, Angela Setters-Bessard. Together, they founded the very successful Tarzana, California based Conquer Credit Management, Inc. more than 15 years ago. As a leader and founder, he developed the company’s customer service policies as well as the client quality assurance models currently in place. The result of his passion has lead Pastor Ralph to help the business be one of the leading firms in the Los Angeles-area, specializing in credit management and financial excellence.

While helping to grow the family business, Pastor Ralph felt that he should do more to help others within the community. He followed his heart and began studying the word of God with the same dedication that he once poured into Ventura County’s underserved-population. Devoting all of his time and energy to God’s Grace Covenant Church in Northridge, California, he became a Senior Minister and chairman of the board. Pastor Ralph also began intense study at the King's Seminary and Bible College in Van Nuys, California, to further his education of the Gospel.

Pastor Ralph and his family live in Woodland Hills, CA and they love the community. We believe that God is first and family means everything! Pastor Ralph is happily married to Angela, and they cherish moments spent with Jordan, 14 (left) and Justin, 12 (right).
